OXYCOP Activated Sludge Oxidation Ditch Technology

Vertical shaft aeration oxidation ditch technology is one of the most successful technologies for the treatment of municipal and industrial wastewater. Worldwide, there are several thousand wastewater treatment plants based on this proven, reliable and cost effective technology.

The GreenTech-Westech Joint Venture is the exclusive licensee in China for all Landy™ aerators from Landustrie B.V. (Holland). The Joint Venture offers the following services to its customers. - OXYSTREAM™ oxidation ditch and COP™ clarifier design - Main process equipment (Landy™ aerators and COP™ clarifiers) - OXYCON™ /AOCS™ control system - Operation and maintenance services - Effluent Process Quality Guarantee

Continuous R&D and product development have resulted in a new state of the art and highly efficient oxidation ditch innovation: OXYCOP™ technology consisting of the OXYSTREAM™ oxidation ditch process, the COP™ Clarifier Optimization Package and the Landy™-7 vertical surface aerators. The latest-model surface aerators (Landy™-7) from Landustrie, the worlds leading aerator manufacturer, can deliver an oxygen transfer efficiency up to 2.3-2.7 kgO2/kWh.

GreenTech has won and/or implemented nearly twenty (20) city wastewater treatment plants with a combined capacity of over 1,000,000 m3/day by the use of this technology.
